Magaud bungalow - summer rental with a/c in Provence Magaud Anse Magaud - neighboring Méjean is accessible on foot from the house in around 20 minutes. It is one of the locals' favorite swimming spots. The bungalow (formerly named Malibu) is just at the entrance to the property, sheltered in a grove of bamboos. You access it via a small gravel courtyard which has garden furniture, as well as a table and chairs for enjoying your meals outside. The almost tropical atmosphere is accentuated by the surrounding palm trees and the “vintage” decoration. The bungalow enjoys air conditioning which you will appreciate in summer. Your room overlooks the garden and the swimming pool. It has a comfortable 160x200 bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, iron and a small desk facing the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction plates and a combination microwave/grill oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The internet connection is of good quality thanks to a “Google mesh pod”. BOOKING

Méjean Méjean Cove can be reached on foot from the house in around 20 minutes. It is one of the locals' favorite swimming spots. The journey is already in the access to “Méjean”, you will cross a grove, walk alongside the swimming pool, pass a vineyard before arriving in the garden opposite your bungalow. Formerly called "San Francisco", it is not a blue house clinging to the hill (there's a song by Maxime le Forestier), but a pink chalet nestled in the greenery. You enter the living room which has a table and two chairs for meals, a coffee table and 3 armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 induction plates and a combination microwave/grill oven. It also includes: coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bedroom has a comfortable 160x200 bed (convertible into 2 twin beds 80x200), a desk and chair and a rack for storing clothes and shoes. A television is at your disposal. The internet connection is of very good quality thanks to a “Google mesh pod”. A large, bright bathroom with shower overlooks the garden. Spend some relaxing time with all the amenities of a traditional French Port town - yet feeel like you are away from all the noise and bustle. A TYPICAL WEEK You will arrive on Sunday afternoon after 5 p.m. I'll pick you up at the Toulon train station. After you get settled in, we will have dinner together. If you arrive by car, you can park on site. On Monday, morning we will assess your spoken French level and define the schedule for the week with you - choice of activities / excursions and grammar points to work on. According to your preferences, you will take between 0 to 15 hours of formal lessons during the week and pick and choose your practical or fun and cultural activities from a list. Day outings can be switched to hald-day outings to allow more time for formal classes. All days start with breakfast between 8 and 9am, followed by classes or activities. We will then fix lunch together in French. In your free time, you are welcome to lounge by the pool, borrow a bike or (dramatic pause....) do French homework! On Saturday morning, I'll take you to the Toulon train station after breakfast.

We really enjoyed these few days spent in peace and quiet, in a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Located in a green setting, near the swimming pool, "Magaud" bungalow is cozy, clean and well equipped with quality bedding. Our hosts, hospitable and attentive, largely contributed to making our stay very pleasan. A big thank you to them! San Peyre San Peyre is an upstairs apartment that guests enter from a private access at the rear of the main house. It offers a lovely view of the garden and the swimming pool. This 3-room apartment is approximately 60 m2 and can comfortably accommodate four people Bedding: One bedroom with a King Size bed 160 x200, One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) Living room with sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, 4-burner induction stove, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, extractor, toaster, coffee maker) The table seats six people. Vacuum cleaner. Throughout the week, you will have a minimum of 35 hours of exchanges in French with me (and my husband - if he takes his meals at the same time as us). One single person: 1,410 euros Second person: 540 euros All meal costs and activities proposed above are included as well as local trips by bus or car up to 50 km during the day. For the excursions, remain at your expense: your own meal costs, train tickets, museum/exhibition entrance fees, parking fees and 50 cents / km beyond 50 km per excursion (unlimited if we use your own vehicle ).
